@Triple Helix I see, sorry for the misunderstanding and thanks for the clarification. We (Malware Managed) are an MSSP and as part of our service we provide experienced consultation to our Customers for custom policies; giving them full control over how their endpoint is PROTECTED; Customers fully have the ability to waive or quarantine any file on their computer(s) from the cloud Console at anytime. Our Customers also have full access to the cloud malware detonation results for each file that is quarantined; without having to post malware publicly for analysis.

solitaries Did you get your login information from cylance on how to access your account online and make changes?also joel from MM usualy answers emails pretty fast with any questions you have.
@solitarios If you were our Customer, you'd have access to the cloud console and be able to quarantine or waive files from there.
