So far I can confirm all the problems with the 6004 error on both clients and servers has gone.

Will update if I see anything different.

Had an issue with an XP Pro client running Outlook 2003 - Outlook appeared to keep hanging after 657 deployed. Removing the Eset add-in seemed to fix this (I don't mind removing Outlook integration as emails are already scanned on Exchange). I cannot say for 100% sure Eset was the cause, but thought I'd post in case anyone else sees the same...

Just had another customer issue with Outlook 2003 freezing upon opening, after a 3.0.657 installation. Anyone else seen any problems?

Not here, but we are running Office 2007, Outlook seems ok (afaik)

Installed .657 on all servers (w2k3 enterprise r2) and all is well. Problem solved.

Upgrade of 150 clients (XP SP2...and a few SP3) with 50 to go.... no issues yet.
