Usualy when I start outlook 2007 I got an error that GUI is restarted becauase of some errors.I have Vista 64b - fresh install here is log from event viewer and message - after translation to EN: how can I solve this egui bug restarts?
Did you tried 4.2.22 beta? Can you provide full application memory dump of egui crash to ESET? (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951018)
I have dumps. No I didnt try - I am paying for full product not for beta (unstable) I have dumps I added to 3 ata WER3BE9.tmp.mdmp was renamed to WER3BE9.tmp.mdmp.txt becauase there is not possible upload *.zip or *.mdmp file.
Based on our develop analysis of the dump you’ve provided I can say that this should be already fixed in 4.2. Not yet in 4.0.

Ship date of rtm version hasn’t been settled yet. We believe we ship it soon. It won’t be shipped via updates. You’ll need to download msi installation package and install it. You don’t have to uninstall old version (4.0). You can upgrade it by installing msi package. It preserves your current settings.
