ESS installation failed (hard reboot)

    Hi there


    I need to know if anybody knows how to remove a failed ESS installation. It's not even listed in 'Add/Remove Programs', but it's loading partially. I thought about goign into save, delete the folder and reg entries but that's brute force.


    I thought about the MSI clean-up utility from Microsoft but can't remember the name. Any suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks, I found it as well.:)


    I haven't done the installation. It was scripted and unattended. But the ones doing it where to inpatient to wait and thought rebooting (hard reset) while installing would be a good idea. Dumb asses.....:ouch: :mad:
