Eset update

    Hi, my eset security has not successfully updates since march. the status says it is not up to date, but when i click update it says it is already up to date. i hav sent to emails using the contact eset customer care and have not recieved anything after two weeks. what should i do?

    What version are you using ?

    Paid or trial ?

    Have you checked that your firewall is not blocking the connection ?

    What message if anything do you receive when attempting a manual download of updates ?

    What 's showing up in your log reports concerning download events....Tools\Log files\Events

    If you haven't already done so I'd suggest an un-install, reboot, remove Eset folder from Program files folder, clear registry of any Eset remaining entries, re-boot, then download\install the latest version.
