ESET Smart Security Parental Controls Issues...

Hey all. Have had ESET Smart Security for a while now.

However there has been one issue with it, and it is bugging the hell out of me.

I have set up parental controls on all the available accounts. However on one account (my 16yr old brothers account) it will not set up. I input the correct password etc etc but nothing.

The account he uses has been deleted a couple of times so he cannot use the computer. However I set it back up when he is behaving properly for a while, but ESET won't set up the parental controls when I try and set it.

Any and all help will be appreciated on how to fix this problem please.
