Hello, Is this the best place to get tech support regarding blocked IP addresses? I am developing a website for a client, but she is getting "Access denied" alert from her ESET Smart Security and can not reach the site. She can access the site from another computer without ESET. I am working on a "fresh" VPS and have no idea who was the previous 'owner' of the IP address. According to http://www.mxtoolbox.com, I'm not blacklisted. How can I get to ESET tech support folks regarding this? Thanks.
