Eset smart security 5-problem with updates

After adding valid username and password (they are valid), on my screen appeared message Activation failed. Undefined activation error. Please contact customare care.
My secon question: I installed ESS5 on PC on my friend. I added ohter valid username and password and made same settings look like the settings on my computer. But a few days this friend says to me "I have Skype, but i can't acess any web site." I haven't this problem. Please help!
