ESET server slow

    I am a new customer for Enterprise Edition. NOD32 has the reputation of being fast, but so far I sure can't say that for the server. Downloading the install files is ungodly slow, and downloading the pdf manuals cannot be done at all - the server just does not respond.

    Is it always like that?

    No, it is not. Today we have a huge update file. Try again.

    You may notice a temporary slowdown today because of the new engine update. Other updates will usually be very small and response from update servers will be quick.
