   hi
   Ive downloaded the trial ess but it doesn't load the firewall....
   
   Ive cleared all traces of kaspersky from the registry so i dont think that is the problem.
   
   I can't down load a new version because ive used my email already.
   my o/s is xp home sp 3
   can any one help please

   What error are you getting?
