ESET Remote Administrator Console - Quarantine

    How to remove the items found in option ESET Remote Administrator Console? When I try to delete appears mensgem: Only qurantine entries with no clients can be deleted.

    You have to highlight the quarantine entries, then right-click and click "Restore/Delete from Quarantine Task".

    Setup the task and once it's been sent to, and accepted by, the client(s) you will be able to delete the entries from the quarantine list in the RAC.

    Did not work. Remains the same problem. Error message: Only entries quarantine with no client can be excluded

    Do you have any other way to delete items from quaretena?
