1st time I've had this problem. Scan found 1 Infiltration. a Win32/olmark.awotrojan inn the svchost.exe(1024) file. It says it found it but has not cleaned it. How serious is this worm and what do I do to get rid of it?
    Appreciate any help

Try booting to Windows Recovery Console and running "fixmbr". Then run a scan again. Don't forget to back up all crucial data first, just in case.

Thank you Marcos. I am not an advanced user, but found direction through help and support. Found the instructions to open Run and type in D:\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons

After installing a disc, got a pop up that says D:\i386 is not accessible. Incorrect function. Any other ideas?
