ESET NOD32 3.0 Bought, Expired

    I bought ESET NOD32 3.0 when my trial version expired, but I cannot get it to work. I tried the Win32 Add/Remove and reinstalled the downloaded module, but still I get the license expired message. I wrote to the company, no response the second time. First time, told me to reinstall, and I did.

    What can I do now? This works fine on my new WinXP Pro computer, but not on the older one.

    Just in case, uninstall the version you have, download ESET NOD32 Antivirus from the download page using the username and password you received after purchase and install it. Should the problem persist, let us know.

    That was the advice I received, which I followed exactly. Perhaps there is something in the Windows XP Registry causing the problem.

    If you like, I will repeat the process you suggest.
