I upgraded to ESS 18.104.22.168, also upgraded to ERA 22.214.171.124 experienced problems updating on ERA server. Cannot download updates and therefore clients cannot be updated. Username and password are current for a volume license. As a test I uninstalled ESS from a client and installed it manually and it to cannot update. I have not made changes to the corporate firewall and am at a loss to figure out what is wrong. Not sure what I did or what happened, but I need to have the configuration work and could really use some help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
