ESET gateway security reliability

    how reliable is ESET gateway security?
    we would like to use it as ICAP server which will be accessed by an icap client (bigip f5 asm). what happens in case of an outage of ESET gateway security?
    is there any recommendation about clustering or maximizing failure saftey of ESET GW security in general?
