ESET Cybersecurity for Mac 4.0.77.0 keeps crashing

Hi

All of a sudden my Cybersecurity keeps crashing

I downloaded the latest version again and installed it, but even though the boot sequence goes well:
- Cybersecurity loads up
- CPU utilization goes up to 100% for Eset Daemon et Eset GUI
- If hovering over the menu bar icon I get a beachball
- A minute later the program crashed and disappears from the running processes.

My setup:
* Mac Lion 10.7.3 with all latest updates
* ESET Cybersecurity for Mac 4.0.77.0

Any idea what could be wrong or what I should do?
