Eset block PC

Hello everyone.

Install Eset Smart Business Edition with the console ERA.
Everything worked well until a pc not let anyone come over. No machine could come to that pc but if this could see the others.
The problem is that this machine makes server for some things like the internal mail. I'm not seeing any rule or anything unusual.what can it be?
The firewall is in interactive mode....

I'd suggest enabling logging blocked connections and then checking the firewall log.
