I have version 3.1.11 Remote admin Console running in a virtual enviroment and almost on a daily basis the virus signature refuses to update correctly. All clients get unable to connect to the update server and I am required to do a manual update and I also check the clear cache button and then all is well for a time but it keeps coming back somethimes ever more than once a day. Any suggestions on this??

    Hello,

When you say that you do a manual update, what exactly do you mean by that? What are the steps you take to allow the clients to update correctly?

go to the remote admin console choose tools then server options and the update tab. check the clear update cache button and then choose update now. At this point all machines will now update succesfully.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the built in HTTP server on the ESET Remote Admin Server. Try changing the port on the server and clients. This sometimes helps if another service is trying to use the same port. If that does not work, you should try reinstalling the ERA Server.
