Errors when creating an image

Hi,

I tried now several times to create a backup with TI 8.0, but every time I get errors in the end.

Errors:
*Failed to write data to the image archive file. A possible reason might be poor media quality.

*Operation with partition 0-0 was terminated with code 4 "Write error"

*Image creation failed

Our configuration:
We use a RAID5 configuration with new disks on a Windows 2003 server.

Any ideas??
