Error when install True Image

I get the following error at end of the installation on a Small Business Server 2003 PE.

Installation Incomplete
The installation was interrupted before Acronis True Image Server could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again.

I re-booted the file server before starting.
I have tried four times each time after a file server boot.
I stopped my AV before starting the install.
