   we got this erroe while deleting an existing client on ERA
   
   an error accured(20009,1)
   
   can somebody help me on this

   Hello jeffcortes,
   
   Set the client integration to the lowest possible time and then try to clean out the clients again. If this does not work, uninstall then reinstall.
