Error message when installing v3.2

    When I run the set up the following message appears:

    An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied.

    I took your troubleshooting advice and rebooted but still no joy.

    Also disabled McAfee in case that was causing the problem but the set up will not complete.

    Am using Windows XP.

    Any suggestions please.
