error in trial version

    :thumbd: I have also downloaded the free trial version of Disk Director suite 10 from acronis site.

    As with other users, in installation, a register page appeared that ask my name & e-mail; on entering the requested information, the same message appears for me:

    'Failed to register the product. Please try again later.'

    There is clearly some problem with the software here:

    1 - is anything being done to resolve this (I've read through these messages & can't find any offer of explanation / progress update)
    2 - if you would like me to try the software and become a potential customer, can you please send me the details of the other version available?
