Error in Camtune 9 - no support ?

Hello,

I purchased Camptune 9 yesterday. My set up is a Macbook Pro with osX 10.5.6 and Windows 7 on Bootcamp.
In OSX, I rebuild the directory and fixed all file permissions using DiskWarrior and Apple Disk Utility in order to have a clean system prior to using Camptune.

When trying to resize my bootcamp partition (I want to increase it) I get the following error message :

What do I need to do

PS. I did submit a ticket yesterday but no response so far.

 

cross-linked files error means that one of you partitions has file system erros.

To fix them in Mac OS X:
go to Disk Utility, select your system partition and click Verify. Then clisk Repair

In Windows:
* open Start -Run and type CMD
right-click found cmd.exe and select Run As Administrator
* in the Command prompt type:
chkdsk c: /f
press Enter
Then allow to restart.

Once check completes in both systems, run CampTune CD again.
