Error - E000101F4: Acronis has not found any hard disk drives

Hey there... I'm wondering why I keep getting this error message when I try to Clone or make a disk image. I was INTENDING on experimenting with the Clone feature on my spare PC as I can not afford to screw up my main machine (I have a few too many video editing orders on the go)... so now when ever I spark up the Clone feature - this is the Error message I receive... I mean OBVIOUSLY there's hard disk drives - the program is LOADED on the C drive and the D drive is blank/e,pty. My spare machine is running on Windows 2000 and my main pc is Windows XP Home SP2.

Any suggestions?

Hi Mike,

There have been a number of threads reporting this problem and most if not all were fixed by simply uninstalling and reinstalling TI. Just do a forum search on the error code if you need more info.
