I see that this is an OLD PROBLEM but found no help in this forum or PREVX support(?) either. I had a SSD give up in my PC and replaced it with a new SSD and reloaded OS. Went to MyPrevx to deactivate the present license only to find there were 3 "active" PCs listed and my license is for 2, my laptop and PC. I deactivated one which was actually my old PC which left 2 active. I wanted to deactivate the one that crashed and activate the license on my new SSD (same PC) when I got the error. I contacted Prevx yesterday afternoon and got a reply at 10:16PM asking me to logon to Prevx Support and continue this conversation which I did and have not recieved a response yet. Hello... is there anybody out there??
