Error :Acronis true image managent console cant's to connect my agent server

    Hi there...

    Ok, guys i was ran on this issue also.

    I was solved it deleting the file that is on c:\Program Files\Common\Acronis\Agent\Ag_Echo_fconnect.dll, not renaiming it, delete it enstead.

    That works for me.

    But is weird why works for one and not for others.

    If you experience the issue with "Username or password is incorrect" error message, please do the following:

    1) Please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program, if not, download the latest build and update all components.

    2) Perform the operations described here

    3) If this doesn't help, check the appropriate credentials at Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> Agent -> Properties -> Log on -> This account.
