Error 5

    New spywareblaster installs 57%, then an "error 5" msg. Have to abort installation. Any suggestions?

    It worked--thanks. I checked all items that were both unchecked and in red. Mistake? Just after doing that I can still receive, but cannot send, e-mail.

    Disregard last posting. Apparently a Comcast problem. Thanks again.
