New spywareblaster installs 57%, then an "error 5" msg. Have to abort installation. Any suggestions?
Please try the folllowing:
1) Reboot your computer.
2.) Re-download the newest installer from http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareblaster.html
3.) Try running the installer again.
Please let me know if it works.
It worked--thanks. I checked all items that were both unchecked and in red. Mistake? Just after doing that I can still receive, but cannot send, e-mail.
