I was thinking about posting at a Windows 10 forum for some of the problems that I'm having, however, I thought that I had found the answer to my latest problem at a Windows site, but it turned out that it didn't work.

I ended up calling the technician who added my Extra Storage (D) drive to my computer to help me find the missing content in my (D) drive Music folder, but similar to this post in another thread, after the technician began to offer me solutions to this problem, it seemed as if my music content magically reappeared.

Therefore, from that point, I tried copying and pasting the content of my Music folder into my Seagate external hard drive. And after about an hour or so, it stopped short of transferring my Music folder into my Seagate and gave me a 0x80028CA0 Type Mismatch Error.

However, I did find this article: Fix Error 0x80028CA0: Type Mismatch in Windows 10 or 11 with a possible fix. But even though I tried Way-1 with both a new folder in my Seagate and a new folder in my Documents, I still ended up with the same error.

But I didn't try Way-2 because I have my pc on automatic updates and my pc was just updated about 2 weeks ago. However, I did try Way-3, but I wasn't able to find Select – Run as administrator. in step 3, therefore, it obviously didn't work.

And finally, I tried Way-4, but when I tried to launch the command prompt, the black command window jumped up quickly and just as quickly disappeared. o_O

So, does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this where they have can give me a hand with this? Also, between converting WMA files into MP3 files and finding a suitable media player to use and figuring out how to create those files into a playlist, and doing some other stuff and researching this, I can't believe that ended up being on my computer all day. :(

P.S. In other words, I can no longer make a backup folder for my music files.
