ERAS 5, Support for V2

    How to re-enable the support for V2 Clients...

    Not all of our clients had still upgraded but they cant connect to eras anymore and the logfile got owerflowed :(

    Hello,

    Support for NOD32 v2.x was discontinued at the end of May, 2012.

    It is not possible to re-enable support for v2 engine-based products, but if you contact ESET's technical support department at +1 (866) 343-3738 (assuming you are in North America—otherwise contact your closest ESET office, distributor or reseller) they can assist you in migrating those computers to a newer version.

    just for my information - updates have been stopped also?
    i have a small computer still running with 2.7 and i got now "file not found" while searching for updates.

    i have in mind that updates where available for 1 or 2 years after end of download - i think time has come to upgrade?
