ERA on Windows XP Home machine

I've been trying to install ERA Server on a fully updated Windows XP Home machine (I know, I know...hopefully this is a temporary situation) but it keeps failing to finish the install. The documentation doesn't specifically exclude the Home version but it might be something they don't even bother testing.

The account I'm using is an Administrator account (although that may have a different meaning in XP Home).

It looks like some sort of DB error. I have Access 2007 installed.
