    - new Internet (packet filter) scanner (part of IMON) - it can catch worms line Lovsan etc.
    - some changes in IMON part
    - with older version you maybe havent latest Adv. heur and archive support modules

    Hello,
it is likely you have a program called Netlimiter installed. If so, please contact the technical support at support@nod32.com

As I understand it, if you have engine 2.006 installed, you should not be trying to update to 2.009 via the URL you gave.

The 2.009 update is only for people who previously updated to the (since withdrawn) 2.008 update and then experienced problems.

I am still on 2.006 and awaiting the full update that should be available by normal update methods soon.

    PnP,

Did you follow Marcos' advice and sent an email to support? If not, it's highly recommended.

    regards.

    PnP,

Good decision ;) No need for apologies in any way. As for the Italian Language: Paolo Monti Eset/Italy might think otherwise :D

    PnP,

I've merged your new post into this thread, since it actually is a follow up

That's wonderful news! Glad all worked out in the end - and kudo's for Eset support ;)

Please don't post/attach anything - It's up to Eset to decide wether or not to go public with this ;)

    regards.

    paul
