Can you run this with MBAM pro or is it redundant?

Yes, you can...it is not redundant.
Just make sure to put exclusions in both apps.

I installed it yesterday, and the first thing I noticed was the lack of pop ups and advertising. I've done a few scans and am reading the instructions. I like it!

Very nice. Online armor is included in EAM from v 9 and forward?

Any work being made on the heavy overhead EAM causes?

Protection-wise EAM is top-3 in the world! :) It's a bit too heavy still though.

Emsisoft Internet Security will not have OA HIPS but will have a new firewall module. So it's basically the current engines + BB + Surf Protection + Firewall. :)

Emsisoft provides one of the cheapest solutions in the industry. They also often have insanely good deals. :thumb:

Rock solid! I hope they work hard to reduce the overhead on performance.

    That would be great. :thumb:

Absolutely. In some countries Emsisoft products are very cheap on their own website.:D:thumb:

  18. Try running a sigcheck with VT enabled: Emsisoft really hits the FP-jackpot, seriously ANDROID Trojan on a Win7 setup, detecting Microsoft signed files :argh:

With all these FP's Emsisoft is always the only one to detect (see picture). Emsisoft even beats Vietnamese and Chinese AV's on FP's

I think during all these years using EAM i've had 3-4 FPs. The last one was in 2011.

All of them were reported and fixed within 24 hours using the tool in EAM (Report as safe) except one that was a bad update and screwed up my Desktop OS. :ninja:

...and that was with Ikarus engine aboard.....;)
Emsi support is fantastic...they correct FPs and make signatures very quickly....which is not what I've seen very often....
