To be honest, I personally don't like what Mops21 is doing at all for two simple reasons:
    1. Those update posts are highly disruptive for the entire thread flow. In my opinion they are downright off-topic. There is a dedicated update section in the forum for a reason.
    2. It makes the email notification on new reply function completely useless. If you have lots of time to spend in forums, you won't mind. But I have very limited time. So I essentially rely on those notifications to keep track of what is going on in threads that I am interested in. On more than one occasion I completely missed user requests and questions simply because the notification from one of Mops21's update posts blocked the notification from the actual user request.
This is just my opinion though. Someone else on a German forum does exactly the same thing. As a result I don't visit there anymore and many questions there are unanswered simply because I am not aware of them. I would have to visit the thread every time he posts an update so I get a new notification mail about new posts, which is something I rarely do as I probably wrote what he copied and pasted anyways. It would plain and simple suck if the same thing happens here.

I thought Mops21 was some kind of official update-bot.
Personally I strongly prefer getting updates on EAM from Emsisoft Change(b)log feed:

+1. Interested people can look at the changeblog or the other offical sources alone. Restless copy & paste for every single beta update can destroy forum threads, but it's only my opinion. But I'm quite happy that until now signature updates aren't posted. :D

    Hi all

Emsisoft Anti-Malware 6.6.0.1 BETA (with beta updates enabled):

Updater improvement: When a connection via proxy fails, it tries to connect directly to the update server.
Added option to enable/disable memory optimizations. Turn it off when you experience performance issues.
Modified scanner behavior on found infections. The scanner window is brought to the top at the end of the scan instead of at each detection.
Added new about dialog, accessible via status bar.

An Emsisoft Team member implicit told you to stop , maybe you could do that? You are trying to do a good thing but after I read Fabian post , I dont think so anymore.
