email notification and logs no work in Win2003

    I am using True Image 8 Server for Windows build 1018 running on 2003 server . I've configured the email alert option, which works when you click the "test" button, but doesn't send an email when an image task is completed, or error or manual cancelled. There are also no entries in the Acronis log file. Is there a fix for this?

    This is very important for me!!

    is it possible to run another program to get the logfile and send via email?

    Could you please provide us with the more detailed information on the problem?

    - Create Acronis Report and Windows System information as it is described in Acronis Help Post;

    - Describe the way you create an image in detail;

    - Reproduce the problem and collect Acronis True Image log which can be saved from Tools -> Show Log -> Diskette icon.

    Please also make a screen shots of your consequent steps taken during the process of configuring e-mail notifications.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
