Email configuration

How do I find out what's my ISP IP Address ? and Open port ?
Is the SMTP Server the adress I find under the :Internet Accounts" in Outlook ?
What is a proxy server ?

It might help if you could tell us what you are trying to accomplish.

Looks to me as if you are trying to set up a pop3 account, but your mention of Outlook seems to indidcate you are alreadying using it as a pop client?

As for your questions it's not really possible to answer the questions about the ip of your isp unless we know your isp (well actually....we can make some guesses, ).

I don't think you need to worry about proxy servers yet.
