Probably it was about Vista version.
"Windows Live Mail" is a successor of well known as built-in e-mail client in Vista OS - "Windows Mail".

 

eMClient seems to have been fixed since the last issue I have. Ive been using it for over a week with no hiccups.

about a new free yahoo account

does it work with an email client?
or to use an email client i have to pay € .. at year?

Through my experience, i have found only 2 ways to access my free yahoo account from my computer without the use of a browser:

POP Peeper - http://www.poppeeper.com/

Zimbra Desktop (owned by Yahoo) - http://www.zimbra.com/products/desktop.html

Yep, and Windows Mail was the successor to the older Outlook Express that came with Windows for many years..

Currently using the latest version of Windows Live Mail with my Hotmail account.

The combination now has pretty much all I need.

@zoho users

since they introduced the new uber-cool apps left side feature it's become very slow - any ways to make it go back to the way it was previously?

 

Ill be trialling Windows Live Mail 2011 in the next few days.

 

Live Mail is pretty good, but I found the 2011 version a bit buggy compared to the older one. I'll wait till they clean it up a little before trying it again.
