Email Alerts not being Sent

    Just logged into the my ESET Console, and found that 5 machines on my network had reported a Threat in the last month or so.

    My question is, why did I not get any email alerts like I have it configured to do so? All the notifications settings are correctly deployed, and I just did a EICAR test on one client, and the notification email WAS send...

    But why not the other alerts? Trust in eset is quickly dropping!

    Could the message have been filtered as spam by the mail server?
