email alerting with acronis true imaging enterprise

    1. First of all, you cannot enter long names within the email address bar (input field does not scroll). This is a little bit clumsy.o_O

    2. You cannot use a option like send as feature. We need this because of spam relay filters in our email servers.:oops:

    3. When entering an email server, and use the send test email, it doesn't work. It gives an error message that the email configuration is wrong, but that's not.:thumbd:

    Please make sure that you use the latest build (1213) of Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server for Windows which is available at: http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/updates/

    To get access to updates you should create an account at:
    http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/
    then log in and use your serial number to register your software.

    If you want us to change the behaviour of Acronis True Image in any way or add some new features to this product, please feel free to post any of your suggestions in Acronis True Image WISH-LIST thread.

    Please try to use another e-mail address for e-mail notification.

    If the problem still persists, please make a screen shot of the field where you set up the e-mail notification along with the error message.

    Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Please create an account, then log in and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    I have the same issue. NO matter what I type in (even thought it is correct). See attachment. What should be entered into the fields?

    Please make sure that you use the latest build of the respective version of Acronis True Image which is available in the Product Updates section of our web-site.

    If the problem still persists with the latest build, please make a screen shot of the field where you set up the settings of your e-mail server.

    Please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.
