    Yes, AIM is still widely used... as are Yahoo! Chat, MSN, ICQ, GTalk, and a few others. Actually, one of the benefits of AIM (up until now, anyway) is that the default configuration does NOT store any chat logs locally on the user's machine.

    I haven't seen it used (AIM) in years LOL The others yes but not AIM. Anyways it's nice to see they did that! I always turned it off on MSN back when I used it. Now it's only services that support Off The Record. (MSN gave issues).
