ekrn.exe Hangs when filing customer support

    I tried to file a Customer Support reporting a bug in ESS and ekrn.exe hanged at 100% cpu for about 10 minutes until I could cancel the request form.
    Hitting "Finish" just seemed to complicate things.

    Couldn't it be that you enabled the submission of a SysInspector log? Currently no progress bar is displayed while a log is being created by the that dialog.

    Nop, no sysinspector log submission, or files of any kind, just a message form informing about a bug with the firewall logs window that hangs and reloads after a 24 hour straight run...
