ekrn.exe application error

i recently i bought new hdd ad moved system from old one.
after win xp had been installed i installed nod32 antivirus v3 and had such problemi have russian win xp - so my translation of this may be bad)


ekrn.exe - application error
instruction on the adress 0x00bf91b4 had adressed to memory on adress 0x00000000.memory cant be "read"

this window splashes few times after logon and when you push ok on that window, you have to forget about your PC for 3-5 minutes, because it doesn't respond at all.

after that i installed nod32 v4 antivirus.
the problem is almost the same, but much better.
the same window splashes, but pc respond all the time.

I believe that the XP windows is a ZverCD or Extreme Edition... )) Use clean windows and not self-made builders
