EAVH 4.0 final question - splash screen

    I turned of the graphical GUI - and then I can not turn off the splash screen - why?

    if I turn on the gui - I can then turn off the splash-screen, but if I turn off the gui first, the splash-screen button disables, so I can not toggle splash screen when graphical gui is disabled.
