East-Tec Eraser (Error not deleting stuff?)

Hi i have a problem.

East-Tec Eraser latest version is not deleting firefox 3 stuff i get 3 erros when i start it. Can someone explain the errors and how to fix it, i have already checked that the folder and file settings is correct. I have firefox set on not to save anything but still.

I also use r-wipe witch dosent seem to find any history ever or cookies. Even when i set firefox to save history.

 

The first one happens if you have the option checked, "Folder Exclusion" you can find this in erase/erase options/policies!

You may also want to try upgrading to the current versions of the software's, they both come with free updates!

I use them both and don't seem to be having the second issue you are having they both detect and wipe the Firefox user data!
