You can update it with any old (past one year,atleast) giveaway license, just make sure to backup the options.ini first ;P
A new version has been released which is able to create a WinPE bootable disk, but i'm not sure if this feature is available in both versions (Free + Pro) or only in the Pro version.

WinPE creation is available on both Unregistered and Pro versions. Seemingly, the program takes and utilizes host OS files to create the PE, hence it can result a 7 or 8.1 or 10 PE.
Unregistered creates an unregistered PE too. As expected.
Pro (registered) creates a registered PE too. As expected.
Amusingly, ParititionGuru x86 can create a dual UEFI/MBR bootable pendrive IF it's FAT32 formatted.
