    Welcome Vic.

Nothing in depth here on Wilder's. Better finding the BrightHub, DotTech and Softpedia reviews.

I tested it (v1.1) on a virtual machine. The interface was great, but the features were limited, it was slower than most other backup tools, and the backup size was almost twice that of Acronis True Image Home - basically there was no compression beyond cutting out free space from the image. Also, you cannot make backups directly from the boot disk, and I'm not aware of a plugin for BartPE or similar boot disks.

Bottom line: Promising project, but not ready for prime time yet.

    Take a look here: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=208232

thanks for the link. i tried to get the plugin to work on my BartPE disk, but without luck. I even installed the program while in bartpe, captured the reg entries with regshot, added them to the inf-file, and rebuilt the boot disk, but it still didn't work... (and it required a reboot post-install, so i couldn't run it straight away either).
