    I have installed Enterprise Server 8.1 (933) onto a laptop and restored a disk image. Everything worked fine, but I now have to restore the image again. I install Acronis and it keeps telling me:

    E000101F4: Acronis True Image Enterprise Server has not found any hard disk drives

    I have looked at a few other threads that talk about uninstalling and removing regkeys and so forth and I have so far tried the following:

    Uninstalled TI
    Removed keys with RegCleaner
    removed all folders for Acronis
    Rebooted and reinstalled Acronis and everytime I get the same message! Anyone able to help?

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    Please download the latest update (1213) of Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server for Windows which is available at http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/updates/ and see whether the problem still persists.

    If that does not help then please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

    If the problem still persists then enable logging by running the Acronis drivers installation package once again, reproduce the problem and collect the c:\snapapi.log file.

    Please create Acronis Report as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Please create an account, then log in and submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
