    thanks . I went to CA site and did a search for the cumulative patches download but the site is not available due to Scheduled System Maintenance
    Saturday, September 18, 8:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Eastern Time, I might try again later and see what is there.

    @ritaann,

    It is not hard to do a screenshot. You have a "Prt Sc" key on your keyboard. Just press it and past the resoult in painter and save it as .jpg.

    To gerardwil from Firefighter!

    Strange scanning result with Norman VirusControl concerning this MWSnap

    http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html

    "MIGHT BE INFECTED/MALWARE (Sandbox emulation took a long time and/or runtime packers were found, this is suspicious. Normally programs aren't packed and don't force the sandbox into lengthy emulation. Do realize no scanner issued any warning, the file can very well be harmless. Caution is advised, however.)"

    But all other scanners didn't found anything suspicious in here

    Best regards,
    Firefighter!

    Hi FireFighter,

    If you have adaware and/or Spybot-S&D do a scan as well. I remember now I had same experience but not with Norman. It could also be possible Ewido detect something. For what I remember it was pretty harmless.
    Was a while ago however.
