Both the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the German Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI) have published new TLS guidelines at the same day.

    NCSC:
    https://www.ncsc.nl/actueel/nieuwsb...-vernieuwde-tls-richtlijnen-van-het-ncsc.html
    and
    https://www.ncsc.nl/actueel/whitepa...lijnen-voor-transport-layer-security-tls.html
    In English:
    https://www.ncsc.nl/english/current...delines-for-transport-layer-security-tls.html
From there the .pdf "IT Security Guidelines for Transport Layer Security v2.0" can be downloaded.

    BSI:
    https://www.bsi.bund.de/DE/Presse/K...LS-Mindeststandard-Aktualisierung-190423.html
    and
    https://www.bsi.bund.de/DE/Themen/S...ds_Bund/TLS-Protokoll/TLS-Protokoll_node.html
From there .pdf's can be downloaded.
