Drive Backup 10 - Help does not work

    I have encountered the following problem in Drive Backup 10 in B&R 10, installed in Windows XP SP3:

    When I open the program and click on the “Help” tab, the “Forward” button appears grayed and the Help gets stuck on the first “Introduction” screen.
    Furthermore, the process launcher.exe uses 60-70% of CPU continuously, and the memory used increases rapidly and without limit.

    The cause of the problem seems to be that launcher.exe is “waiting” for something. In the bottom of the screen appears the following message:

    “Waiting for file:

    This file exists in this location, and can be opened directly with Firefox.

    I had observed the same problem in DB 9 Pro.
